Intuition was the highest art of the Samurai – intuition is also an essential factor in being successful in modern management. Following the Samurai’s principles, executives learn to revitalize, sharpen and systematically improve their intuition in order to make the right decisions at the right time. Western and Far Eastern negotiation and management strategies are compared to each other, and a „Best of“ creates a new generation of executives. The Western world’s readiness for innovation, creativity and, above all, flexibility, combined with the Samurai’s courage, determination, discipline, respect and, most notably, intuition, make managers Samurai managers.
By training Budo- (martial arts) principles physically, knowledge is made perceptible and the sustainability of the acquired knowledge guaranteed. At the Samurai Manager, values are not discussed, but practised, and a bridge to applying them realistically to modern management is built. The seminar The Samurai Sales Manager is mainly addressed to sales staff. It represents the Masterclass in sales and gives the participants the essential finishing touch to make them even better prepared for the challenges of the future.
