International Convention for Samurai Management
On 12 September 2013 a highly explosive Congress for Samurai Management took place in the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna. In front of a competent audience international experts opposed European and Far Eastern management methods. The question was how different cultures can learn and benefit from each other. The values of the Samurai as the basis for lastingly successful company development and management were the focus of attention. Conclusion: In the future successful companies and organisations will not be able (any more) to do without values and their implementation.
